Preston North End saw their Capital One Cup run come to an end during the week, but they will at least be able to get that out of their system and focus on their League campaign coming into this week. They will definitely be looking for some reaction after losing their last League game last week too.
The side are currently 11th in the League One table and their 11 points is a reasonable return so far from a possible 24 available. Preston are 2-1-1 at Deepdale, scoring 10 goals and conceding 3, but they have also beating two Championship sides here in the Cup before the loss to Middlesbrough on Tuesday night.
They lost 1-3 to Middlesbrough, meaning they have lost back to back games by the same scoreline. That also means they have lost 3 of their last 4 in all competitions with 2 of those defeats coming at home. However, Preston can at least point to the fact that they won their last League game here 5-0 against Hartlepool United and have also crushed Swindon Town in front of their own supporters.
Yeovil Town
Yeovil Town made a fast start to the season, but that early success has been forgotten as a poor run of form has sent them back down the table. Now they will be looking to turn their recent fortunes around, although this isn't an easy venue to visit.
They are 13th in the League One table, although they do have 10 points on the season. Yeovil have had some mixed results away from home, going 2-0-2 so far, scoring 8 goals and conceding 6 in those games. Gary Johnson will want to address this slide down the table as soon as possible, but recent form doesn't suggest that is going to happen this week.
Yeovil have lost 4 in a row in the League as all of their points so far this season were gained in their first 4 League games. Their last away games saw Yeovil being crushed 4-1 at Leyton Orient and their 2 away wins this season are their only ones in 9 away games in the League.

Prediction
As I mentioned on Tuesday night, Preston games have been pretty high-scoring in recent weeks and this is another that could go that way.
Both Preston and Yeovil haven't been in the best form in recent weeks, but Preston can at least point to the fact that they are scoring a few goals. I wouldn't want to back them at odds on to win the game as that isn't smart in the lower Leagues where teams fortunes fluctuate wildly and sometimes without any real reason.
Preston have only had 1 clean sheet in their last 5 home games, while they have scored at least 4 goals on 3 separate occasions, while Yeovil conceded a boatload at Leyton Orient.
The 1-0 loss Yeovil suffered at MK Dons is a concern, but I wouldn't be at all surprised if both teams score in this one although I expect Preston's attacking potential will see them get a couple at least and so the 1.90 on over 2.5 goals looks worth chancing.
