Bookmakers News :: Paddy Power pays out on White, Green and Blue hat for the Queen

Paddy Power punters were 'white' on the money when picking the colour of the Queen's hat on Ladies' day at Royal Ascot.

A morning gamble on white from 8/1 into 3/1 second favourite was rewarded when Buckingham Palace announced that Her Majesty was wearing a hat of White Parseal Straw with White Satin Leaves.

However, with the hat adorned with a large bluey-greenish band, Paddy Power have decided to also pay out those punters who plumped for those hues with green the 6/4 favourite and blue at 5/1.
