Colts To Stay Perfect Against Ravens

Meanwhile, the Indianapolis Colts, who are the remaining perfect team in the AFC, take on the Baltimore Ravens in what the sportsbook odds makers expect to be a much closer game.
The Colts are a one-point favorite in Baltimore and the first thing they’ll have to do if they hope to remain perfect is avoid any hangover from last week.
The Colts are coming off an emotional win against the New England Patriots, who are a big rival, and they have to focus on what is in front of them. For the most part, they typically do.
Meanwhile, the Baltimore Ravens will get a step up in competition this week as they go from facing the worst team in the AFC on Monday Night Football – the Cleveland Browns – to the best team in the AFC – the 9-0 Colts.
The Ravens shutout the Cleveland Browns on Monday Night Football this week but it was a costly win. The Ravens lost their best pass rusher in Terrell Suggs, who has 3.5 sacks on the year and is third in tackles. When you are going up against Peyton Manning, you don’t want to be short any pass rushers.
The bigger issue for the Ravens might be the fact that their defense just isn’t as good as it used to be. The Ravens are giving up nearly 210 yards per game through the air and minus their contests versus feeble teams like the Browns, has been giving up points on the regular.
The big difference for Baltimore this year has been the fact that they don’t have any shutdown corners anymore. And since they can’t trust their corners to be left alone with the receivers, they can’t blitz as much.
That is going to be a huge problem for the Ravens this week since the Colts are very deep at the position.

This is just a bad matchup for the Ravens, who just aren’t the team anyone thought they were. The Colts will win.
