Allageri could well deployed three midfielders as he will be up against Inter Milan. To date, Inter have won all of their away games this season and even though they share the same stadium, this has been set as an away game by the fixture calendar list.
Inter beat Fiorentina 2-1 last weekend, with David Pizarro and other players controlling the midfield. Even playing at home, they gave Fiorentina real problems when they made their break. Inter uses the 3-5-2 formation which gives them the chance to counter attack without losing superiority in midfield. Coach Andrea Stramaccioni described the 3-1 Europa League win over Neftchi Baku on Thursday night as their best result since they moved back into the top three. But it has to be said that was against their weakest opposition they had come up against this season so it is not a true measure of what they are capable of.
The coach Stramaccioni made a lot of changes in midweek and Philippe Coutinho who scored for Inter gave him something to think about. Inter are set to miss the services of Wesley Sneijder who joins the likes of Rodrigo Palacio and Dejan Stankovic on the injured lists. Stramaccioni is likely to bring in Antonio Cassano in here as the replacement.
Last season it ended in Inter Milan winning this clash by 1-0.
