BETTING PREVIEW
Real Sociedad gave a good account of themselves in their last match despite losing, scoring plenty in a narrow 4-3 loss away at Real Madrid. They stand 9th but seek to improve that when they host Deportivo La Coruna, who are 19th in the table, 10 points behind.
Not long ago Sociedad managed an excellent 5-2 win away at Valencia, and coupled with that 3 goal outing at Real Madrid you can see they have done ok away from home. But, at home they have slipped up a bit, with draws here against Getafe and Cordoba. They put an end to it in their last home game, beating Seville 2-1, and I think that continues here as they keep improving for the home fans.
Deportivo are back in the La Liga but have not done well, and look like they may drop down again. They did however spring a surprise in their last match, upsetting Malaga 1-0. That win put an end to a long run without a win, but rather than a chance in momentum I think going on the road again where the support isn't there after such a good win puts them in a letdown spot.
The defence for Depor is a serious worry, having shipped 39 goals through just 18 games, over 2 per contest. They've scored just 22 in that time, just over 1 per game, and that isn't good enough for I can see them conceding at least 2 here with no chance of scoring that number against a side that will do well at home.
