Preview
Both of these teams will have returned from the All Star Break with big expectations of trying to finish in the top six of the respective Conferences. However, they will also be hoping for better health and that is a problem for the Phoenix Suns (32-24) who have dropped two games in a row.
They are unlikely to be getting much sympathy from the Orlando Magic (29-25) who have had a number of key players missing several games throughout the season. There are still a couple of those players who will be missing on Saturday, but the Orlando Magic returned from the All Star Break with a victory and will certainly feel they can move past the slumping Philadelphia 76ers sitting in the top six of the Eastern Conference.
Some of the rhythm will have been snapped after the week between games, but Orlando will be happy with the return and will believe they have the Offensive firepower to get on top of this one.
A barrage of three point shooting saw the Magic cruise past the Sacramento Kings in the return game after the All Star Break. They will be looking to keep that going against a Phoenix Suns team that have struggled to find the intensity to get out to challenge the shooters from outside of the three point arc, and that will put pressure on the home team.
Devin Booker is the latest big name who is going to be on the sidelines and he joins Dillon Brooks and Grayson Allen in missing out on Saturday.
This has contributed to some of the recent slump that the Suns have had on the Offensive side of the court and it may be tough to keep up with Orlando if the road team pick up from where they have left off.
Orlando have won three in a row in the series with the Phoenix Suns and they do look capable of making use of the limited points being offered as the narrow underdog.
Prediction
Take the points with the road underdog in a game in this one with every chance the Magic can win outright.
