Last week’s 2-0 win over Fortuna Düsseldorf was their fifth straight 2.Bundesliga victory.
Schalke 04 also played pretty well on the road recently, going unbeaten in five away games (3 wins, 2 draws).

Here’s a thing to note – Nürnberg and Schalke 04 have a long-standing friendly club relationship. Both sides’ ultras fan groups are also friendly and connected, so this will likely be a celebratory game all around.
No doubt Schalke 04 is the better side. But backing them here is risky. They celebrated their promotion all week and will likely play with a mixed lineup.
