It is surprising to see Dynamo Dresden sitting at the bottom of the 2.Bundesliga table after 10 rounds. They have only 8 points, but they still have a decent squad, and their home form gives them reason for optimism. Both of their 2.Bundesl iga wins this season came at home, against SV Darmstadt 98 and Magdeburg.
Their recent 2-0 win over Schalke 04 in the DFB Pokal was another positive sign. It was a deserved result against a Bundesliga team, which should also give the players some confidence ahead of this important fixture.
The problem is that they have followed it with another league defeat. Dynamo Dresden lost 2-1 away to Hannover 96 last week after taking the lead through Nicolai Rapp. They have now lost their last two 2.Bundesliga matches, but returning home should help. They did get back to winning ways last weekend, beating Holstein Kiel 1-0 at home. It was an important result after the heavy defeat to VfL Osnabrück, but they now need to show they can deliver the same level of performance on the road.
Heiko Vogel's side have scored 13 goals in 10 league matches, so they are not without attacking threat. However, they have also conceded 16 times, and their recent away performances show they can be vulnerable when opponents put them under pressure.

Dynamo Dresden have been disappointing in the 2.Bundesliga, but their home performances have been better, and their cup win over Schalke 04 showed what they can do when things click.
Greuther Fürth have struggled on their travels, losing their last two away games and scoring just once.
I like Dynamo Dresden to win at around 1.90. They are now under pressure after back-to-back defeats, and Greuther Fürth's poor away form makes this an appealing price.
Dynamo Dresden need the points badly, and I can see them getting the job done at home.
