Leeds start to the season was hit by injuries to key players, and things went from bad to worse with a televised defeat at home to Derby on opening day. Since then, however, Leeds have regrouped slowly and hit form. A comeback to draw from a goal down at Forest saw the beginning of the revival, and this was followed by commendable wins against form horses Millwall and at Watford.
I said a couple of weeks ago that Leeds are missing a playmaker while Robert Snodgrass remains out and a striker to replace Jermaine Beckford. Transfer deadline moves for Man City midfielder Adam Clayton and former Cardiff penalty king Ross McCormack are intended to go some way to address those problems. Snodgrass and Paynter remain out but a number of players came through a reserve game in midweek.

I'll put my cards on the table here, I don’t rate Swansea's manager Brendan Rogers. In order to prove myself right, I am always looking for excuses to oppose his sides.
I have to admit this strategy has not been particularly successful when Swansea beat Burnley last time out and destroyed Doncaster in the home match before. And the Swans do have some good players, they did well to hold on to Darren Pratley in the transfer window for example.
That last result against Burnley has encouraged some interest in Swansea for this game, their price contracting slightly during the course of the week.
The Swansea City form is nicely simplistic; at home they’ve played two won two, away they have played two lost two.
