Feyenoord will travel to FC Twente on Sunday with the team coming back from a 1-5 win over the amateurs of Hardenberg during a midweek Cup game. FC Twente grabbed a narrow 2-3 win on the rod to FC Eindhoven after taking a quick 0-3 lead in the first half.

FC Twente is currently on the seventh place in the ranking wtih seventeen points from ten games after suffering a 3-0 defeat on the road to AZ last week.
The defeat against AZ was taken very highly by McLaren who saw his team being very unlucky in finishing and failing hugely in defending, but also against FC Eindhoven FC Twente showed to be vulnerable at the back and lacking the concentration to consolidate a comfortable lead.
FC Twente has a strong selection of players with Denneboom, N'Kufo and Elia always causing threat up front while youngster Arnautovic has proven to be a worthy inforcement to the team over the last few weeks.
However, the recent form of FC Twente is not fantastic losing 3-0 on the road to AZ last weekend and again playing not a very good match against FC Eindhoven during the midweek.
The team has been shipping five goals in their last two matches and with Feyenoord producing ten goals in their last two games last week, at first sight the hosts will need to be very cautious here.

Feyenoord has known one of the poorest season starts ever with the team crawling from the relegation zone to a safe twelfth place with four points separating them from the sixteenth placed Sparta Rotterdam.
Last week the team grabbed a 5-2 home win over FC Utrecht, but the win was not as comfortable as the result may show. Until five minutes from time, Feyenoord was leading with only one goal with FC Utrecht increasing their pressure and Feyenoord goalkeeper Timmer not making the best impression.
However, goals from El Ahmadi and Makaay in the final minutes of the game ensured some rest in the team with the crowd starting to demand results.
Feyenoord are starting to get in the right mood again despite a long list of absentees. Good news is the possible return of De Guzman against FC Twente on Sunday, while winge Bruins and midfielder Fer have been added to the injury list.
Despite the many injuries Feyenoord have managed to score a boatload of goals in their last two games with striker El Ahmadi returning from injury and Makaay starting to find his scoring ways again.
With youngster Pedro in the selection, who made his debut against Hardenberg with two goals and Biseswar scoring twice against FC Utrecht, Feyenoord can be very dangerous up front but also leaks goals very easily conceding 17 goals in their last ten games.

The Verdict
My main pick for this game will be over 2,5 goals based on the results in the past, the problems in both defenses and the revived scoring power of the visitors.
Secondly, I think that Feyenoord is a little underrated by the bookmakers here with prices available up to $3.90 for the away win.
Despite the fact that Feyenoord does not hold a very good away record against FC Twente, I think that Feyenoord not to lose around evens bears some good value.
