It was almost unbelievable to watch what Torino was doing to Lazio. This defensive side that never scores and never looks good actually looked like a scudetto candidate against that clueless Lazio team. And the game was played in Rome. In the end, it finished 3-3, but Torino really deserved to win it, Lazio tied the score with a 103rd minute penalty kick.
Now, is this the real Torino, will we see more of it? Perhaps. It would be difficult to believe that Torino can only do it against Lazio. We'll find out soon enough.

Despite the temporary setback that was a 2-1 derby defeat to Milan, Napoli is still perched happily at the top of the Serie A table after six rounds. This success hasn't come easy as Napoli was trailing 0-1 at home against Genoa in the previous round, but eventually managed to get hold of the game and scored twice to take the points.
This conceded goal continues a perhaps worrying trend where Napoli concedes once or twice in almost every game. Both Genoa and Sporting Lisabon scored in Naples, and before that Napoli conceded two to Milan, Pisa and Manchester City. It's as if the team is unbalanced a bit, perhaps too offensive.

This one's easy to call. Torino is a limited side whose ceiling is to scare a troubled team like Lazio. There's no real quality here, and even if Torino were to get a result here against Napoli, we still wouldn't bet on them in the next round.
Napoli, on the other hand, is a prime scudetto candidate as well as the reigning champion that doesn't seem to have slowed down at all. It's as if we're still in 2024/25, there are no noticeable changes in Napoli's performances.
