Lazio is a really poor side, probably the worst of the big seven. It's no wonder that they're on the 12th spot on the table. They can only win - and in this case they win to nil - when the opponent is completely inadequate, such as Verona or Genoa. Lazio won those matches 4-0 and 3-0 respectively.
As soon as the competition gets more serious, Lazio can't even do something in offense. They play a game where they don't really get involved in duels, but kind of expect them to take care of themselves. This results with awful duel statistics -- Lazio will lose the majority of loose balls.
While this team looks good on paper, with some players that can catch your eye on a good day such as Boulaye Dia, Fisayo Dele-Bashiru or Taty Castellanos, something's deeply wrong here. Lazio is incapable of team pressing or any kind of conscious team effort.

Juventus has its own unique set of problems. Most importantly, when they attack a defensive opponent, they'll make matters worse and squeeze them into the box. Then, the only thing that can work is a dribble, which only one of their guys (Yildiz) can do. As a result, Juventus usually looks like they'll never score.
A faster game plan is required, or/and a more cunning one, and until that happens Juventus will always be in trouble when they face a defensive side that simply wants to keep a clean sheet.
Things should, in theory, be easier for Juventus when the opponent accepts open play and doesn't fall back to defend in the box. The stronger the opponent the better Juventus' performance is.

The Betting Verdict
This could be a rare occasion when Juventus will be able to win a football game, for a simple reason that Lazio defeats itself every time they run out. This team is so inferior in duels that it's not even funny, yet they believe they can hold their own against the big sides so they play an open game.
They haven't scored against Roma in the physical city derby, and certainly never looked like scoring against Atalanta that is at a completely different level of football. There's no reason to believe they will perform any differently against arguably the best of the three sides, Juventus.
After seven winless matches in all competitions, Juventus could finally take the win. We trust this more than we trust the Under, and that's saying a lot.
