Dundee were dealt a rather predictable defeat away from home at Celtic in midweek but nevertheless, the upcoming hosts will have been pleased to limit the Scottish Champions to just a single goal margin despite that loss.

Wins against Kilmarnock, Hearts and Livingston will have given the visitors a boost of confidence but it’s worth noting that Aberdeen have managed to capture just these three wins within their last nine games overall.
Aberdeen’s record away from home has also been fairly inconsistent as the visitors possess a road record of 3-0-3 3/6 which does give Dundee a fighting chance of taking something out of this encounter.
