Ajax Amsterdam
Ajax Amsterdam has not done any wrong this season if we do not count any draws. Their draws in the Champions League Qualifiers were not damaging as they managed to overcome their rivals.
So only their draw at the start of the season can be considered as a poor result. But when you consider that they played away with Vitesse then the result is not too bad.
All their wins were sound victories in the Eredivisie with the last three wins being 4-1. They also managed to beat Heerenveen by 4-1 in the last round. Last midweek they beat Lille in the Champions League by 3-0.
Left back Tagliafico played well and scored in both games. Now the biggest doubt is van de Beek who is doubtful with an injury.
