This upcoming 2nd leg of the Champions League semi-final tie between Inter Milan and Barcelona is nicely poised with the scores level at 3-3 following last week’s draw at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys in Spain.

Results overall though have been extremely encouraging for Hans Flick’s side as Barca have suffered just the single defeat within their last 30 games in all competitions, that being a heavy 3-1 loss away from home at German Bundesliga opponent, Borussia Dortmund, in the quarter-finals.
Form away from home also looks strong as Barcelona have lost just once in their previous 18 outings on the road in all competitions, picking up 14 wins.
Inter Milan are unbeaten in each of their last 15 Champions League ties at home, picking up 12 wins along with keeping 11 clean sheets.
Barcelona’s results away from home in this competition are far more modest as the visitors have managed to collect just seven wins within their previous 15 away ties, slipping to seven defeats and keeping just two clean sheets.

Undoubtedly, this upcoming 2nd leg tie is expected to be a tightly fought affair with so much at stake for both sides, but Inter Milan may have the slight advantage as the hosts are unbeaten in their last three encounters against the Catalans.
