Genoa takes on Juventus with Davide Ballardini first match in charge as they seek to get a result at the home of the Champions Juventus.

But Ballardini will not be a stranger to Genoa as he was there for most of the 2010-11 season, enjoying reasonable success it has to be said.

Luigi Del Neri who was sacked felt that the team's struggles were due to their position in the League table and the subsequent pressure to win games at the moment Ballardini is keeping things simple as he looks to keep them in Serie A.

Nevertheless Conte will be forced to make one or two changes for this match as it will be hard to recover [Sebastian] Giovinco and [Andrea] Pirlo ahead of this clash. Meanwhile, Giorgio Chiellini and Simone Pepe are still a few weeks away from a return.

Genoa on the other hand will not have Juan Vargas, again, along with Bosko Jankovic.

While last season it ended 2-2, it should be noted that during Ballardini's stinct as Genoa coach, his first loss was a 2-0 home defeat to Juventus.
