But they don't have the top position in Serie A now, and are showing certain signs of weakness. Matches that they were able to get themselves out of last season, this season end in a draw. Parma just defeated Lazio 3-1 at home, again showing that they're an offensive team that can take on one of the big sides - at home at least - and work their way to a victory. In the round before, they failed to do that on the same stadium as they lost 1-3 to Atalanta.
But if you thought Parma is a solid home side that loses on the road - think again. They're the 15h-best home team and the 11th-best visitor with a 1-4-1 score that says they've lost only once on the road, in their first Serie A away game at Napoli. They played Lecce, Bologna, Como, Juventus and Venezia since.

The Betting Verdict
Judging by Parma's recent performances, there's still fight left in them and they are having a second wind after the first one, caused by the promotion to Serie A, died down. The offense seems to be clicking again, and that's potentially bad news for any team in this league.
On the other end, Inter has a habit of taking it slow against inferior teams. You'd expect them to win more than 2-0 against Lecce, 1-0 against Venezia or 1-0 against RB Leipzig. Though there are outliers, Inter is far more likely to drop points in a game like this than, say, a game against AC Milan.
